VIP Number Deal provides a marketplace for buying and selling premium VIP mobile numbers in India. Our services include:

• Listing and sale of VIP, fancy, and premium mobile numbers
• Mobile Number Portability (MNP/porting) assistance
• SIM card delivery across India
• Numerology consultation for number selection

All numbers listed on our platform are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate listings:

• Numbers may become unavailable between the time of viewing and purchase
• Pre-booking numbers are reserved upon payment but subject to operator allocation
• We reserve the right to substitute similar numbers if a specific number becomes unavailable
• In case of unavailability post-payment, a full refund will be processed

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at checkout is final
• Payment must be completed in full before number reservation or delivery
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI options
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay

• Physical SIM cards are delivered within 2–5 business days for most locations
• Delivery to Assam and J&K may take 18–25 days due to regulatory requirements
• Delivery address must be within India
• We provide free delivery on all orders
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

• UPC (Unique Porting Code) will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email
• Customer must visit the nearest retail store of the target operator to complete porting
• Porting timeline depends on the operator and may vary (typically 3–7 days)
• We provide support throughout the porting process
• Some numbers may not be eligible for porting due to regulatory restrictions

• 100% money back if UPC is not delivered within the promised timeframe
• Full refund if the number is unavailable after payment
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
• Reselling numbers without our written consent
• Harassment, spam, or abusive communication
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

All content on VIP Number Deal — including logos, text, images, and software — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

VIP Number Deal shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by telecom operators or regulatory bodies
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific transaction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before legal recourse.
